Character Information

Name: Jack Russell (yes, really)
Canon: Werewolf By Night
Age: Early 200s (looks in his late 30s)
Canon Point: At the end of the show, after he and Ted head off to get him some clothes so they can get sushi
Background/History: MCU wiki. His age is not listed there, as his history in the show is very sparse, but it was mentioned in an interview with his actor.

Strengths:
First and foremost, Jack is a caring and compassionate individual. He takes great care never to hurt people, always trying to protect them and keep them safe, whether from hunters, other monsters, or himself. He rushes to reassure Ted as soon as he finds him, and his first instinct when finding Elsa hurt is to offer to help-- and he is clearly disappointed when she tells him no, trying again when she clearly doesn't know what she's doing with her tourniquet. He is trying to live his life better than his parents who passed down his curse. Again and again he puts himself in danger to help his friends, particularly Ted.

He's also curious, asking questions of people who he knows would kill him if they knew a little bit about him, poking at the bloodstone even before the competition begins, always wanting to know more. It drives him to move around and learn what he can of the world, as it changes and grows. This doesn't necessarily mean he understands everything-- he picked up a small bomb without knowing how to use it, and there's a clear moment of near-slapstick when the bomb doesn't work as he was told it would and he panics a little-- but he can't learn if he doesn't try.

Finally, Jack is adaptable, readily changing his plan when he needs to, such as winning Elsa to his side when he stumbles on her. He is not necessarily good at plans, given his plan for rescuing Ted involved a lot of fast talking, skating by on charisma, winging it, and "I don't know, I'll think of something", but having to make decisions on the fly to complete his goals definitely works for him most of the time. He also has an uncanny ability to know when to run versus when to try and talk, though his preference is always to try and talk.

Weaknesses:

For all he loves his people and will always come to their aid, Jack is at heart restless and hates to be stuck in one place for too long. It leaves him itchy and unhappy. It means he leaves people behind more often than not, and can only hope that those people will still be there when he returns. He will always return, it just might take months to years. If the setting in Terra is too constrained, there will be chafing at his limits and quite possibly stupid risks taken.

Unfortunately for his tendency to go too far into places he might not be welcome, Jack is also a pacifist. Two hundred years and change old, and he never did learn how to fight, nor does he have any desire to. He won't harp on it when other people want to fight, of course, but he has no plans ever to learn himself, and no qualms hiding behind someone else who happens to know how to defend themselves, and thus him. He's not cowardly, though he has no problems being seen as such if it helps his case, he just does not want to fight. It might make him a liability in missions in-game.

The mirror to Jack's cleverness is that he can be overconfident in his own skills at talking his way into something or out of trouble. Sure, he doesn't fight, but he can charm anybody into letting him see what he needs, and work out a deal with anyone who wants payment. Given his lifespan and experience in his own world, walking into a gathering of people who would want to kill him if they found out what he was in order to save a friend based on his charisma alone, it's not really an unearned confidence. In the world of Terra, however, he doesn't know all the ins and outs of the social arena, so he's going to be starting at a disadvantage and he won't necessarily think that.

Canon Powers/Abilities:
+ Werewolf transformation. On the night of the full moon, Jack transforms into a half-wolf, half-man monster with a powerful prey drive, exaggerated aggression, and greatly heightened strength, speed, agility, and healing factor. He has cunning, but none of his human alter-ego's self-awareness and care for human life. Still, he tends to only attack those who can conceivably be considered a threat. Unfortunately, confronted with a werewolf, most people start screaming and fighting, so they wind up being categorized as a threat, or running, and being categorized as prey. This will be powered by his budding oripathy in the game, and the transformation will leave him very weak and tired afterwards.
+ Human form perks. In human form, Jack has slightly enhanced senses of hearing and smell, and a slightly enhanced regeneration, but nothing more. He is, in fact, red-green colorblind and cannot eat chocolate. It's very sad. This will also be powered by his budding oripathy in the game.
+ Mundane skills. Jack is a smooth talker, a quick thinker, and speaks multiple languages. Earth languages, of course, which is probably not going to be a lot of use on Terra, but it could be good for speaking without being understood by natives. He has basic knowledge of many survival tasks, from finding water, building a fire, cooking over said fire, farming, mending, first aid, and basic construction work. He's had a lot of time to learn a wide variety of skills, over his long life, and though we'll avoid the pun, he still wouldn't say he's master of any of them.

Inventory: Just the clothes on his back, including a ritual cloak stolen from the monster hunter cult, a white mug with a daisy on it from Ted, and some loose change in his pocket.

Race

Other (gray fox). He is quick and clever and a bit of a trickster, with lots of energy, and a canine demeanor… but wolf is far too on the nose for a werewolf, and frankly he's not very wolf-like anyway (unless we're talking the meme wolf Moon Moon, maybe). He will come into the game with the early stages of oripathy, in order to give him his werewolf transformation and traits.
